Leadership
Three names. One firm. No distance between them.
BNG Partners takes its name directly from its founders, Beniwal, Narula, Gahlot. There is no layer of management between the partner who signs the engagement and the partner who runs it.

Founding Partner
Kuldeep Beniwal
Litigation & Court Advocacy
Kuldeep leads the firm's litigation practice and is the partner clients turn to when a matter is contested and the stakes are immediate. His approach is unapologetically direct. An early, realistic assessment of the case, a clear eyed view of the other side's likely strategy, and a plan built to withstand pressure in the room, not just on paper.
He has appeared before trial courts and appellate forums on commercial, property, and civil disputes, and is known among clients for a rare combination of trial discipline and plain spoken counsel. He tells clients what they need to hear about their case, not what they would prefer to hear.
- Commercial Litigation
- Property & Title Disputes
- Injunctions & Interim Relief
- Appellate Advocacy

Founding Partner
Anuj Narula
Dispute Resolution & Insolvency
Anuj leads the firm's dispute resolution and insolvency practice, built on a conviction that the best outcome for most clients is the one reached fastest and with the least collateral damage to the relationship or reputation involved. He works as comfortably across the negotiating table as he does before an arbitral tribunal or a committee of creditors.
Clients engage Anuj when they want a resolution that holds, commercially sound, enforceable, and reached without the delay of full scale litigation. He is equally sought after for insolvency matters, where his instinct for a fast, well briefed position has consistently protected client interests early in the process.
- Institutional & Ad Hoc Arbitration
- Commercial Mediation
- Insolvency Resolution
- Creditor Representation

Founding Partner
Tarun Gahlot
Corporate Advisory & Criminal Law
Tarun leads the firm's corporate advisory and criminal law practice, working with businesses on the contracts, governance, and regulatory questions that, done well, keep them out of a courtroom entirely. His view of commercial documentation is shaped directly by litigation. He drafts and reviews with a clear sense of exactly which clauses get tested when a relationship breaks down.
Tarun also leads the firm's criminal law practice, bringing the same urgency and direct partner involvement to bail applications and criminal trial defence that clients expect from every other practice at the firm.
- Commercial Contracts
- Corporate Governance
- Criminal Trial Defence
- Bail & Anticipatory Bail
The Firm, Not Just the Founders
Five practices. One standard, applied without exception.
Kuldeep, Anuj, and Tarun built BNG Partners around the belief that a client should never have to guess who is accountable for their matter, or receive a different quality of service depending on which partner they happen to work with.
