About the Firm

Named for three people. Built around one standard.

BNG Partners, Beniwal, Narula, Gahlot, was founded on the view that clients are better served by a small firm of direct, accountable partners than by a large one with layers between them and the person actually responsible for their matter.

The Keystone

Why an arch.

A keystone is the piece at the top of an arch that carries no more weight than any other piece, but without it, none of the others hold. It is an apt symbol for what we try to be for our clients. Not the loudest part of the structure, but the reason the rest of it stays standing under pressure.

That is the idea behind the firm's mark, and it is the idea behind how we work. Stability, reliability, and accountability are not marketing language for us. They are the actual job description of a firm a client trusts with a matter that carries real consequence for them.

What We Stand For

Five commitments that do not flex by client size.

01

Accountability, named

A specific partner is responsible for your matter, not a team, not a department. You always know exactly who to call.

02

Candour over comfort

We tell clients the realistic strength of their position, including the parts they may not want to hear, because it is the only version of advice that is actually useful.

03

Solution before strategy

We start with what resolution actually looks like for you, then work backward to the legal path, litigation, arbitration, negotiation, that gets there.

04

Every lawful path, considered

We do not default to litigation because it is what we know. We use whatever the law allows, in court or out of it, that best serves the outcome you need.

05

Service that scales to your urgency

Disputes do not wait for business hours. Neither, when it matters, do we.

Why We Grew

Five practices, not five firms.

BNG Partners began as a litigation practice, and litigation remains the discipline the firm is built around. We added dispute resolution, insolvency, criminal law, and corporate advisory because clients kept bringing us matters that sat next to the disputes we were already handling for them, and it made little sense to send them elsewhere for work we were well placed to do properly.

Every practice at the firm is held to the same standard as the litigation practice it grew out of. A named partner, a direct line of communication, and a realistic assessment of the matter before any recommendation is made.

Work With Us

If it is contested, or could be, we should talk.
